Jodie was an excellent hairdresser. She did a great job cutting our daughter’s hair. Jodie was very caring and great talking to our daughter. She had a pleasant experience and she would be very happy to go back.

My son had had a situation at school. I took him to Trotters and he was sorted. Rebecca the shop assistant even cleaned his wet feet. Then my son struck up a conversation as only he knows and was being spoiled. I am grateful to Rebecca for her very caring approach to help. Trotters is a local favourite of ours and their garments and service are absolutely top class. Their shop is maintained to the highest standards of visual and cleanliness. We are lucky to have such established service and offer locally.

Fantastic service! Came for the first time today for my little one’s hair cut and the staff were so attentive, kind and patient. The hairstylist is brilliant and a real professional. As a SEN mum, I really value such level of care and understanding. Would definitely recommend Trotters. The toys and clothes are also beautiful!
We had our children's first hair cuts the other day. The hairdresser didn't seem very friendly or baby orientated. There is an Aquarium as in most Trotters stores but,she mainly cut the babies hair facing away from the fish! When I booked the apts I was informed they charged £16.00 we paid £20.00 each. The original price on booking was not honored. When we looked at our babies hair more closely when we got home we realised their hair had not been cut very well. As new parents we were excited to have our babies first hair cuts at Trotters. We left quite disappointed unfortunately.
I got my little ones first haircut from here and although I was super nervous as to how my toddler would deal with this new situation it went surprisingly well. Charlotte made us both feel at ease listened to what I was after and talked us through what she was doing. Very good value for money and we got a lovely little first haircut certificate as well as a lock of my daughters hair as a keepsake. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
