I contacted Cliff at Stones garage to ask if he could help me regarding a used car I’d just bought. I’d seen his garage stamps in the service book for the last 4 years and I wanted to know what work he’d done on the car so I’d what I might need to do going forward. In all honesty, I never really expected to hear back from him as I knew there was nothing in it for him, and he was likely a very busy mechanic, as they all are. To my absolute shock and delight he reached out to me to help! What an absolute gentleman he is! If he’d do this for a random non-customer, I think it speaks volumes about the service you’d receive here as an actual customer!
I have been using stones since I passed my driving test in 2006, my dad has been using them for over 20years and now my partner uses them. We would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this garage. Staff are so friendly and honest. Had a wee issue with my car called for some advice they said to bring car in for a check. Very quick and efficient in checking the vehicle.
