Love the store, love the brand, love the products generally. The problem here is the store is too heavily stocked with very little room for customers to move around freely. It's not inviting to come in anymore as you are overwhelmed with choice. You see there is a physiological conflict when you walk in from a very open and bright shopping centre walkway into a closed, dark, tightly-packed store. It would be interesting to know how many minutes people actually stay in the store browsing. The company needs a rethink before they truly go under (as they've come quite close).

Was looking for a coat, and got followed very closely by a staff member with no identification on, I saw him behind the till minutes before, that's fine you gotta take precautions I guess But when I asked 'are you staff?' Just wanted some help looking at the coats he said 'No' Bit weird to then pose as a strange man following women very closely in a shop honestly, just made me uncomfortable and I left.

I like this store, clean, lots of variety, decent music, good atmosphe, well the interior I like. Products are smaller than the size suggests, so always buy bigger, the staff quality has reduced, attitude everytime now, and leave tags on product, now it becomes the customers responsibility to goto retail stores to remove the alarm tags they leave on..

Apparently changed opening hours shame they don't let the most important people know!! ie THERE CUSTOMERS!! No wonder they have permanent sale! Is it to difficult yo keep website update with opening times now open at 10 not 9. Having nice staff is great but keeping the customer happy should be greater!

Need to give the guy at the front of the store our thanks for a very pleasant experience at the Lakeside store today. Such a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff member. Informed us of the 10% discount and also ways they can help find the sizes we were looking for at other stores. He certainly deserves recognition for his friendly helpful and polite manner. Will definitely be visiting again. My only downside for this shop is it does need more lighting.

Big sign on the entrance of the store which reads SALE yet when I get in the store only on a few items (so why the big sale at the entrance of the door) as usual the public ain't stupid

A much hyped about shop was just that. The entrance was like unappealing and like a cut-down shop for bargain hunters. In fact the whole store was squashed and difficult to walk and navigate as cloths lines were randomly scattered in dismay. No staff to be seen. Felt unsafe. See photos

Struggled to find a jacket that didn’t have a hole in. Tried on 5 and 3 had holes in the pockets and another had frayed stitching along front seam. Poor response from management who said “it’s just a design flaw” In the end couldn’t choose the jacket wanted as they didn’t have a medium without a hole. Totally unacceptable from Superdry
