Great service. The guy called Chris gave my vehicle a thorough ch3ck over and carried out all the remedial work necessary Excellent place.
I really wanted to give a good review seeing as my first encounter with this garage was pretty positive. However after booking in for an MOT and subsequently failing on the Thursday, I was told the work wouldn’t be completed until the following Tuesday/ Wednesday due to other vehicles that were booked in. I fully understood and agreed to wait. After numerous phone calls not being answered or returned throughout Monday and Tuesday (when stated they would be with a quote for the works) by Wednesday morning I was growing increasingly impatient. Finally after expressing my frustration with the lack of information or curtesy to give me the answer I’d been promised after nearly a week of waiting, I was very rudely told to collect the car because they just didn’t have the the time. I had been more than patient and polite during this entire process and if better communication had of delivered I wouldn’t have even bothered to write this but I feel like people should be warned. We have since taken the car to an alternative garage where we have been quoted considerably cheaper prices and thankfully are delivering on the works promised. I’ve no doubt these guys are very good at what they do for their regular customers however are seriously lacking when it comes to new business or even common courtesy/politeness. Real shame!
Poor service, they could not locate cigarette sockets fuse. Wasted my time, but thankfully took my car away. It has been fixed in 5 minutes. With First Stop I would probably be exchanging the whole thing, instead of £3 Fuse. Would not recommend. Dirty and unprofessional place.

I have had work carried out a couple of times over the last two years and as a female car owner it can be worrying at times with the bad press that garages have had over the years but I have got to say I have never felt ripped off at first stop garages the team have always looked after me and my car at a fair price for excellent service.
Top class. Brilliant guys very accommodating. I called up on a Saturday morning, I had a problem with a tensioner, which they diagnosed and fixed, very competitive and helpful. Will be booking my service with these guys.
Pretty good went in for brake adjustment and was well looked after vehicle needed new pads it was peplace while I waited top job
