   Absolutely atrocious service from start to finish. Booked my van in for a service on a Saturday morning 7.30 am. Got told it would take a few hours and they would phone me when the van was ready. Didn’t hear a single thing from them. By 1pm still nothing. I got a taxi there as it stated on google that it closed at 1.30. I found the place shut up with no one to be seen. Zero correspondence the whole weekend. I had to cancel a £480 camping trip with my family as the van is our family vehicle (crew cab 6 seater). I then had to get a taxi at 7.30 Monday morning in hope that the van was there and the service was finished. I was greeted by a worked called Kevin who seemed to find the whole situation funny. I then had to wait for a lady from the office to arrive as she didn’t start till 8am. Very bad experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be using again. Lack of organisation and correspondence with their customers. The labour price was taken off my bill but in the grand scheme of things this was nothing short of a insult Avoid

   These guys did some work for me previously and I couldn't fault them did the job on the spot while I waited at short notice. However I went today for a prearranged visit to do a minor repair turned up just before the agreed time and was told to wait with my vehicle and someone will be out shortly so I agreed and waited 40 mins nobody came so I went back in and was told someone would come shortly so I waited another 30 mins for nobody to come out! Decided to drive away as I wasn't waiting any longer I'm shocked they did this and won't be returning as a result which is a shame as previously they were great and have reccomended them to people several time however this experience has changed my mind

   Took my van here to have 4 injectors replaced. after having them done i had no end of issues, and despite taking it back there and them having it in for 4 months, they did not fix the issue. I have since taken it to another garage who have told me the replacement injectors used are incredibly cheap ones most likely from Ebay.

   Lovely, friendly staff always try and help you out with great service. The technicians are very knowledgeable in the garage. I took my van for some work. They were able to diagnose and find the fault. After fixing it, they did the MOT and passed with no advisories. Great communication and friendly staff can't fault them

   First come First served, which was a relief as people saying they cannot get hgv mot appointments on for sale adverts currently country wide. Was able to get refreshments near by while waiting. I was expecting a headache but it was a smooth service. Garage has clean toilets and staff were considerate and helpful as i had my children with me. I will be a future customer now I have gone bigger with a 7.5 ton.

   Friendly staff always try and help you out great service Great knowledgeable auto technicians in the garage always ready to help with quick diagnosis and quality repairs, the body shop repairs were faultless and to the highest standards, also an MOT station all with great prices.
