   They went out of their way to help with a tricky exhaust problem which a lesser firm would have simply fitted a new component costing the price of the car. This is a proper engineering repair garage, not a fitters shop. Thanks.

   Fraudsters. Do not trust. Clearly giving bogus MOT tests to drum up business. Took my Mini in for an MOT and was told that it had failed with both front suspension arms being dangerous and requiring immediate work. They quoted over £900 to fix. Was immediately suspicious as the car has done around 2000 miles over the last year and didn’t even have any advisory issues the last year. Decided to take it to a Mini specialist and have them look at it. Three separate mechanics looked at it and there were absolutely no issues with the suspension and unsurprisingly it passed an MOT with no issues! I have tried to speak to the manager and area manager about this issue. But over a week in and I have yet to receive a call or email back. DO NOT TRUST THEM. In relation to your reply. I have phoned three times and been promised that Zack would phone me - he hasn’t. I was also promised that the area manager would be looking at this- but have heard nothing. I have sent 3 emails with no response. You are incorrect about the mileage. As at 21/10/24 it had done 67,086 ( your paperwork!). Last week it had done 69,199 - so about 2000 miles as I had stated… you did the MOT last year and did not inform us of any advisories….

   I’m a community nurse and had a slow puncture, I really need my car for work with the job that I do, I phoned up and these guys were able to get me in straight away which was amazing! Zack was amazing as well! He gave me such good advise on the rest of car, got my tyre sorted and at discount as well! Really lovely! I will be coming here again!

   I've always found the York Motosave staff incredibly helpful and the prices the lowest in the area. The staff are friendly enthusiasts who genuinely seem to want to save me money rather than up sell. I have saved a fortune over the years by coming here first for MOTs, DIY parts, Aircon regassing etc.

   I went to Wilco Motosave to have a failed front parking bulb replaced. I was the only customer in the shop & was quickly seen to. I have severe arthritis now in my spine, neck & hands & handling a small glass only bulb would have been extremely difficult. It turned out to be more difficult than expected as the holes in the main lamp unit didn't line up & it required some manipulation with long nosed pliers to complete the job The bulb cost £2 & the fitting cost £8 but well worth it under the circumstances. The shop was well laid out with the usual motoring spares & neat & tidy & the staff are friendly & helpful. C Robinson

   I’ve always had great service here. Popped in today to enquire about a stereo fitting for my boyfriends birthday. They were able to fit it the same day which was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was done within a couple of hours and looks great. I will be back, thank you!
