   Shocking experience. Had a 4 month old battery that failed on my truck tried it on my other vehicles still wouldn’t work flat as a pancake . Still has five years warranty and wouldn’t swop it all because there tester says it was fine. Anyways went though to york depot and what a cracking service

   Very poor knowledge, I know nothing about cars but it turns out the guy on the counter knows less than me. Bought a battery from them ( as suggested by their website) and it didn't work. Had trouble starting car. Turns out I needed a more powerful battery, which I eventually had to buy from them but the hassle I had to go through swapping batteries wasn't worth the Time. Reasonably priced though if you know what you want

   I needed to return a item.. they require you to leave them on a shelf for 48 hours before they will refund you.. this is to reduce covid but they require you to come back two days later to get a refund which seems backwards as you are forced to goto the shop twice. Just use europarts instead.

   Dissapointingly bad service to the public. Don't open to the public if you are not willing to help them find what they need! I'm not a mechanic and twice I phoned to 2 separate staff. All I have is a reg number and a part I need, if you don't want to help then expect bad reviews...
