I had 4 run flat tyres fitted to my car. After picking my car up I noticed vibrations in my seat and pedals. I’ve taken my car back 5 times to rectify the problem and it’s still doing. Customer service are not getting back in touch with me now. This has been going on since the start of this year,shocking treatment.
Had my cars air con regassed here, which took around 40 minutes, so I hung around in their waiting area. Made the booking and paid via their website, and it was a good price as they had an offer on at the time I booked it. Friendly staff.
Excellent customer service today. I visited ATS to get the AirCon fixed on my X-trail and they were very professional, friendly and prompt. It was a good price too. I have always found them very helpful and over the years I have been going to them I have always had a great service. Thank you.

Massive thank you to the lovely fella who helped us with our tyre , literally about to get on the motorway for a 2 hour drive home to Lancashire our tyre pressure dropped massively with a warning in the car , Googled nearest tyre place & it was here and fortunately less than 3 miles away I rang ahead as it was due to shut in 15 mins & the fella said no problem to bring it , he then fixed the tyre (a huge nail in it ) & was all sorted within 20 mins , fantastic service & a really nice friendly fella Thanks so much you literally saved us loads of hassle . Excellent. Never needed to have my air-con re-gassed before. My wife subtly mentioned I might need to get it done a couple of hundred times last week. ATS was recommended by a work colleague. Easy process to book online, reasonable price and great staff. Really friendly and explained what needed to be done. They also recommended a couple of places I could get a coffee as the process takes about an hour. I would highly recommend.
Took my car in yesterday as I had knocked the mirror cover off and inside the mirror, the inner parts needed clipping back into place. Relatively simple - or so I thought. Before I’d fully got out of my car the mechanic started roughly trying to force it back together not even looking at it. I tried to explain that it wasn’t aligned and you couldn’t just force it. He pulled at the light trying to put it at the top of the mirror, I saw the wire strain and I had ask him not to as the light goes at the back at the bottom and it was still working. After about 15 seconds of him shoving and twisting and me trying to implore him to not manhandle it, the plastic shattered and the clips inside it broke off. It was as though he was deaf and just could not hear me. Even after he had shattered the connecting plastic, he carried on holding it and turning it left and right. I said “do you know you have just broken that? It just needed fitting back together and you’ve shattered the plastic?” He answered “yes”. I said I was leaving and he walked away. I didn’t feel I could challenge him… I was so angry and disappointed I had to leave. There was no apology, no nothing. He just walked back to the vehicle he’d been working on when I arrived. The shear arrogance and bullish behaviour has meant that I am going to have to pay for the mirror to be completely replaced when if he’d just used his eyes it could have been sorted. But he never even looked at what he was doing. I have used ATS before (and the York one) and never had an issue but NEVER again. I have found the mechanics and office folk really helpful and friendly. But the behaviour of that mechanic is unforgivable and I would be a fool to return. You’ve been warned.
