   These lot are disgusting, they are rude and lie they will not accept returns or refunds on faulty products, they should not be trading , honestly recommend shopping else where ! , there response to this I'm sure will give you a taste of there services. Lol

   Honestly the most incompetent company going selling heated mirrors that fit 3 different branded vans send me a non heated 1 and blame it on me. It's the same part number the mirror wouldn't be heated in any of the vans !

   Although I had a few problems with the item purchased , when we agree it was time to send it back this company were prompt with the refund and did not try and argue the case. Disappointed that the item didn’t work but can’t moan at the customer service and message response times.

   Absolute disaster, the parts specialist have no clue about parts and its a real shame with them been so local. There's 2 I have delt with I have waited for a part for 10 days eventually they had my part in stock then sold it by the time I went the next day. I tried to order it again, glad that we can finally get the part in stock then had to start again to find the part. Wanted chassis numbers to the doner vehicle my original peice came from that was a 2000 discovery. Wouldn't accept the numbers on my housing or photos. The only way to do buisness is to know exacly what it is you need and can tell it just by looking and be there on the time of there delivery. They sold me one on the first day of going and it was wrong. It was like I took it in to a completely different shop, they looked completely confused. I kept my original and my buisness. 4 occasions I was spoken to like I was speaking to the wrong people.

   Unfortunately I couldn’t put 0 stars… mate purchased some shocks that we tried to put on his disco but noticed how s**t one of the threaded ends on the socks were… the instructions are awful, they give you bigger rubber washes and different spacers but don’t tell you how they go. Threads were awful on it as well so the nut didn’t go on and now they won’t send a new one out or help with the situation. Very rude reply’s! :)
