   I had a few issues recently and my car ended up back at the garage. I called Mark straight away, and he was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Even though the AA recovery took hours and the timing was really inconvenient, Mark immediately offered his support. He genuinely did everything he could to work around my awkward availability. He got everything sorted quickly and kept me updated, and he was just consistently friendly, trustworthy, and understanding throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who goes out of their way the way he does. Overall, Mark and the whole team have always looked after me, and I always feel comfortable and confident going back to them. Truly a great guy and a great team couldn’t recommend them more.

   ***WARNING / AVOID *** Unnecessary Work, Inflated Pricing, Poor Quality, and No Transparency Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Jct32. There are many other reputable garages to choose from, so I strongly advise you avoid if you want a quality job, with good communication and documentation, at a reasonable price. I selected Jct32 based on positive reviews, which, looking back, I now question the genuineness of. I took my vehicle in to diagnose and resolve a clutch issue and to carry out a service while it was in. I was offered a verbal potential issue and estimate over the phone and agreed only to necessary work at a reasonable price, using quality parts and workmanship. Unfortunately, what followed was very concerning: No proper diagnosis was ever provided. The only explanation I received was “air in the system,” which does not justify replacing major components and raises serious questions about whether the work was necessary. The parts were priced around 50–100% higher than typical retail prices I checked afterward. When I repeatedly requested part numbers or justification for these costs, none were provided. The clutch felt the same after the repair, and I had to return immediately. I was told the system needed to be bled again, suggesting the job was not completed properly the first time. No service checklist, technician notes, diagnostic details, or any documentation were supplied at all. For such an expensive job, this level of paperwork should be standard. Claimed no issues identified on service, which missed two major issues subsequently identified on a vehicle health check shortly after that should have been picked up on the service, raising the question of what service actually took place. Communication has been slow and evasive. I was repeatedly told that documents would be sent “asap,” but more than two weeks later nothing has been provided. Because of these issues - unclear necessity of the work, extremely high pricing, poor initial workmanship, and lack of transparency - I am now seeking a chargeback with my card provider and arranging for the work to be inspected independently by a Kia main dealer.

   Took my car here for the first time for an MOT after a poor experience at the Ford garage. Mark, the garage coordinator was welcoming, called me to advise what was happening, explained everything thoroughly including the costs. The repairs were completed really quickly and the car was back to me in just a few hours. Mark was polite, chatty and gave exceptionally good customer service. I will definitely recommend to others and use JCT32 autocorrect in the future.

   All the team are very professional at what they do ,there's no BS with them. My Daughter Bought a Fiesta off Kevin ,lovely condition ,he motd,serviced it ,valeted it even put new tyres on it before she bought it.    I bought a Citroen C1 around 6 months ago from Kevin, who was very helpful and informative. He told me to think about the purchase before buying it as it was the top end of my budget and he wasn’t pushy about the sale. He helped with all the paper work and made the experience as a first time car buyer very easy. 6 months and the car has been trouble free, thank you and apologies for the late review!

   Had a lot of issues with my clutch over the last year and another garage replaced it incorrectly which has caused some issues. JCT32 Garage were lovely and helpful fitting me in at short notice to fix the issue at a great price. Happy for puppies to come in and socialise whilst I dropped the keys in the office too and remembered them to ask where they were at when collecting the car. Lovely service! Glad to have found an honest garage finally and the clutch feels amazing just like new again!!

   My car went in for a new glow plug to be fitted now. I’ve had to have a breakdown service come back out to my car and tell me it needs the same glow plug again mmm. I don’t think its been fitted and since I've had my car back there is an issue with my steering DON'T USE THIS GARAGE AVOID AT ALL COST I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.

   Arrived at the garage to look for a car, Kevin made us feel 100% at ease. He had alot of knowledge about the car I was going to buy. After purchasing the car, Kevin arranged for it to be serviced, mot, and cleaned ready for as soon as I wanted it. He absolutely went above and beyond. Jct32 comes highly recommended, if your looking for a trustworthy and honest garage to buy a car, then this place is for you. Many thanks. Very happy with my car.
