When my car was in for repair, I received text messages every day telling me what stage it was at, which was really reassuring and was a step above and beyond, considering the repair only took just over a week. The quality of the repair work done is outstanding, and is much better than I could’ve anticipated. I did have an issue whereby my window switch had been damaged on the door that had been repaired, but I contacted Northern and the problem was resolved without issue the very next day.
