My car was taken here following a serious crash. The car was a total loss and when I went to clear my belongings out of it they had been stolen! In fairness it could’ve been the transportation company or Northern Accident Repair who stole them- I’ll never know, but when I told the man on reception he shrugged and said “insurance”.
Had my car in for an unfortunate accident, no fault of my own. From bringing my car in for assessment to me picking my car up after the repairs were done the team at Northern Accident Repair kept me up to date the whole way through. The repairs have been done to an amazing standard. 5 star service. The team are a credit to the company. Car looks brand new again. Thank you!!
Being involved in an accident is never a pleasant experience, but the way these guys dealt with my repair has left me feeling really satisfied. I booked my repair with Northern Accident Repair through my insurer and within minutes they called me to organise for the damage to be assessed. I took my car in for the assessment and was given an accurate timeframe for the repair. When my car was in for repair, I received text messages every day telling me what stage it was at, which was really reassuring and was a step above and beyond, considering the repair only took just over a week. The quality of the repair work done is outstanding, and is much better than I could’ve anticipated. I did have an issue whereby my window switch had been damaged on the door that had been repaired, but I contacted Northern and the problem was resolved without issue the very next day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I’ve received with these guys and I’d return here for any future work without hesitation.
Had my m4 in after a crash, leaving the front end in a right state. Very efficient turn around and helpful communications from the reception team. I had a slight issue after collection which i believe the branch manager (Dale?) sorted out within 20 mins of arriving. Thanks for the swift turn around and getting my car back on the road in time for the summer
