   Alot of issues in getting my repair done Had car since may and still awaiting parts Car as been left insecure and the staff have been less than helpful at times but to give credit where credit is due one of the problematic staff left and now a new manager trying his hardest even if I've had a couple heated discussions with him he's genuinely trying hopefully he can sort the previous issues caused by old management

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! STAFF RUDE AND DISHONEST EXCESS OF 2MONTHS AND THEN DECIDE TO START REPAIRS TO THEN "REALISE" EXTRA PARTS NEEDED AT ANOTHER 2MONTHS+ DELIVERY VEHICLE LEFT INSECURE AND STINKS OF DAMP/MOULD INSIDE BATTERY TOTALLY FLAT ON HYBRID VEHICLE Promised to resolve issues and sort suitable courtesy car and yet fobbed off and lied to again as only sorted a 2 door Corsa in another 2 weeks Receptionist really should find a job she can politely do as customer service ain't for her

   Station Road Garage (What Fix Auto Castleford was previously known as) have been known by my family for ages for providing safe, quality car repairs. Whilst I'm only new (4 years of using them) compared to my family they have always provided a fair and reasonably priced service which I cannot complain about. In the past 4 years I have taken 3 cars there which have all had metalic paint work for scratches removing, panels repainting and dents knocking out. Each time I am always pleased with the result with the most recent being my partners C3 Cactus which went in for the rear back panel and bumper painting and as expected it came out spotless. I'm visiting again this week with my car to have the front bumper and bonnet painting however I'm confident the service delivered will be as it has been for the past three times.

   Had a recent repair with the garage. After being hit behind from another driver my insurance company chose Station garage for my repairs. All I can say is I had a really good experience. They took my car and made the repairs, they kept in touch with me and were really friendly. My car came back looking great, I am happy to have it back. Ty Jane for all the emails keeping me up to date all the way. Brilliant experience better than expected. They took care of everything even me when I needed it.
