   Good honest prompt service. Your guy in Cas' was also very good to one of the girls I employ, when I took here there earlier in the week with her tyre. He correctly diagnosed that there was no actual puncture and that it was a problem with the rim. A less honest individual would have just banged her for a new tyre.

   Had a screw punctured in my tyre. Went to kwik fit at Castleford a young man Very helpful told us to come back at 3pm. Fixed the puncture very quickly within 20 mins and he told us no charge. A very happy customer 10/10 service nice & friendly & would definitely come back to use this garage next time we need anything.

   Messed about so badly for a headlight bulb !! I’m disabled and have a mobility car and Kwik fit (are supposed to) do the maintenance. One of my front headlight bulbs had gone so I rang on Monday and was told to call in any time on Tuesday. I went up on Tuesday and was told it would be at least an hour before they could do it. So I asked if I could just go back in an hour and was told I’d have to leave the car. It’s a mobility car, I can’t go anywhere without it. That’s the point of the car !! He then said he could make me an appointment for Thursday. So I went back again on Thursday and after them messing about for 10-15 minutes I was told they couldn’t do it and I would need to take the car to the dealers (over an hour each way to the nearest dealer). They said they would have to take the bumper off (to change a headlight ????) and they couldn’t do it. I’ve ended up going to Halfords where they changed the bulb for me within 5 minutes. At this time of year working headlights are essential. I really hope motability review using kwik fit for repairs as this is not the first time I’ve been messed about by them.

   A week ago I bought a set of tires for my car through KF. With an assembly service today (that's what suited me). When I pulled up today at the appointed time, I found out that the equipment was broken and they were waiting for an engineer to fix it for them. No information beforehand. There is also no question of transferring my tires to another branch.

   I was unlucky in getting a puncture this afternoon (the day before going away) and initially phoned a local garage I have used before only to be met with a rather gruff "too busy". I then phoned your Castleford Branch (with a degree of hesitation as I often have had poor service from larger chains) and what an unbelievable difference. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more friendly or helpful, got me booked in straight away and advised me to set off for them immediately. The fantastic service continued in branch, with a professional yet friendly attitude. I went for a short walk and was telephoned 20 minutes later to be informed all was done. Again the outstanding service continued and whilst I was very relieved to be back on the road it was the attitude of your colleges in store that I was so impressed with. As an ex customer service manager (retail) for many years I can honestly say this was one of the best examples of superb customer service I have encountered and the gentlemen in question are absolute heroes for your company. My sincere thanks to you all.
