I had the pleasure of being recovered by Warren from Beeches Recovery today. He was incredibly kind, patient and went above the rest to ensure my vehicle made it onto his truck safely in one piece. Great service, we were offered a warm place to wait while they sorted the truck out to take us home, we even got offered coffee. The waiting area and loo's were spotlessly clean. What a gentleman Kristian is and a huge credit to the company. The weather was horrendous and he took care driving making us feel safe and in good hands. He really looked after us, keeping us entertained with light hearted chat on the long drive home, which is what we needed. After running out of fuel on the M42 my insurance assigned Wayne to come and rescue me. Right off the bat the communication was excellent and my location was pinpointed within minutes and an accurate ETA of only 10 minutes given. Wayne was very efficient at his job and the car was on the back of the wagon correctly strapped down within minutes. Once we were off the hard shoulder and out of harm's way he went above and beyond to find a petrol station that had diesel rather than leaving me at the first one we came too where the pumps were off. I was recovered by Artor within 1 hour 30 of the first call. He went about his job in a very professional manner. Then Respected my car as if it was his own as I watched as a very nervous customer.
It was always going to be a bit more difficult to get my car loaded on as it was modified but nothing was too much trouble for him.
He is a credit to the company and id like to thank him for his great service. 5* would recommend.
