Had some issues with my Citroen DS3 and the mechanic took the time to really find the problem and made sure I had all the right parts before installing them just in case I had to return the parts (in hopes to save me some money). I met Shabir the mechanic, he's a very nice person and he knows his cars. I had a brake pad change and he charged 30£. Other people were charging 50£ so it's a bargain. Will go again to him. He's a genuinely nice person to talk too.

This local “mechanic” stated that he would come out and diagnose the problem with my car. The guy came with no tools and was not able to diagnose the issue with the car but still charged me for his “diagnostic service”. Furthermore, he incorrectly stated what part the car requires and having spoken to other garages and taking the car to another garage, they all confirmed that the part was incorrectly identified by this guy. I wouldn’t have cared too much but he wanted a payment for doing nothing.
