Went for an MOT that was booked through the R.A.C. For some reason the garage was not told of the booking but the garage managed to fit me in the same day. My car needed a bit of work and they fitted the parts and my car was ready 2 hours later. Absolute brilliant customer service and will use this place from now on. Thanks.

Brilliant customer service from making my appointment at reception then taking my car for work to be completed. The owner greeted me on arrival, very cheerful & friendly, explained my options and then he resolved the issue. What a great business with excellent customer service and certainly will use garage again.

What a friendly, helpful garage. Let me drop car of for mot @ 8.30am as I needed to be on a work call for 9am. Kept me updated throughout the mot & service process & I had the car back by lunch. Really competitive prices. Superb 5* service. Would definitely recommend and will use again. I would like to add an update as I have used the garage again for another MOT & service. Definitely 5*, going above and beyond. They sounded most apologetic when they found a fault & phoned with the cost of parts. Gave them the go ahead thinking I probably wouldn't get the car back until the following day. They phoned later that afternoon to say it was all done & they had managed to salvage the bonnet catch and find a cheaper cable so car was ready. Cost a lot less than I originally thought & the customer service is amazing. Can't recommend them highly enough.
