I didn't know my break pads were wearing out and when informed, I had to go there urgently and get them done. I gave them a call, didn't expect them to have me in the same day. They did, within 2 hours, job was done. Reasonable pricing. The owner was fair and professional. Brilliant service. I'd recommend this place if you are around west brom area.
Wonderful service from these guys got my MOT and service done, explained all the issues and the work needed, and the parts required. Very transparent and went out their way to explain. Would go back and recommend.
Pick up/collection service. Didn’t provide a report on work carried out for full service. I used a different company recently and they asked me when I had done my last service to which I said a year ago and they said whoever did the last service which was kj motors didn’t change the filters as it shouldn’t be as black as it is now (I was shown the filter that was replaced) this company will take your car and won’t carry out the service properly. Please avoid
Excellent, couldn't be faulted. Service, MOT, front break pad and discs replaced. They actually sent videos and photos whilst working on my vehicle. Really impressed with honesty, communcation and value for money. I will definitely be booking next years service and MOT with KJ Motors.
Been using these guys for the last 3 years for service and mot I can’t fault them they picked up my car from my home the car failed the mot but they kept me updated fixed the car and even dropped the car back to my home,highly recommended brilliant service thanks guys..
Got my car serviced and MOT'd from K J motors, polite and friendly service, pricing was also very reasonable, I would definitely recommend a visit if you need a good honest/ reliable mechanics.
Booked on here, got the confirmation email saying they'd call me prior to picking my car up (I did the car delivery service). Then day before they called le me what hours they'd pick up in morning. Next morning they picked up between the times they said -great stuff. They did my MOT and Service really quick, I chose to have some advisories done. All work performed they sent videos/ photos etc. All communication I had from them was prompt, super friendly, honest and helpful. Really good, super happy with everything :)
My first time using this garage having an MOT & Service and I am extremely happy with my experience! Not only do they have very reasonable prices, but they do collect & deliver where they were polite and punctual. Their customer service is immaculate, they kept me updated throughout the whole process and sent through videos of what they were doing with my car- this I have never experienced with any garage before and I think it’s a fantastic gesture! "Best First Impressions” This is the first time I have had a MOT & Service done with this garage and I have to say…I HIGHLY recommend this garage. They kept me up to date with the repairs by sending me pictures and videos, which I have never known a garage to do. They collected on time when they said and brought it back to me. They have a collection radius of 10 miles, where most are only about 5 miles. Fantastic service from these guys. Will definitely be using this garage again. Very polite, courteous and respectful guys. Very helpful and keep you updated all the time. Excellent job guys. So happy, my car drives like a new car.
