“Absolutely amazing service - I had travelled up from stoke when my engine light started coming on. Turns out the flywheel was on its way so at midday I tried multiple garages around West Brom to see if there was any way anyone could get it fixed today. No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, . Totally recommend and in all honesty I'm half considering making the drive up here next time my car needs to go into the garage because the service has been much better than I've ever received elsewhere! Thank you guys see you soon 10/10 service :)))))))))))”

“It took me 5 years to find a garage like this! I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to finally know that I can trust a garage. I've been to other "reputable" garages in the past and all of them tried to charge me for work that I didn't need. I initially came to Ferdotti for a second opinion after another garage told me I needed £5000's worth of work done. Ferdotti confirmed my suspicions and said it needed nothing done at all. Ferdotti is clearly a cherished family run business and this is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. They are super friendly and professional and will happily explain any problems with your vehicle and even show you what and where the problem is if they find anything. They have just done my MOT and spotted a fuel leak which they clearly showed me. I would never have known about it. I will be back to get it sorted knowing it will be done properly and without any fuss or unnecessary costs. Absolutely a 5 star Garage!!!”

“Took car in for hand brake they changed a caliper since that change hand brake was dangerous could not park on hill kept rolling they jad back few times trying to fix this no success they advised i change brake discs i did no dif they said change pads i did nothing i changed brake cable no dif over 300 pound i took to another garage and did it in 2 days no issues now garage also said they didnt put any clips on cables cables were bent to fix in and numerous other things missing that left my car in a dangerous condition. I am currently seeking legal action for there incompetence i trusted them and they ripped me off. Dnt use these people cowboys. Also never stick to a time to take car in to be fixed sometimes my car has been in a week before they even look at it unreliable and basic knowledge of cars”
