It's hit and miss with this place. It's got worse over the years. Took car for MOT failed for back lights and nothing wrong with them except one of them had faded. Made me change all of them even the brand new one they had me change last year. Joke of it was they failed to spot the front side light was out. Time for a change of MOT station next time.
Booked in for body work repainting on the passenger side, was told it was would take 4 days. I had an MOT booked on the 6th day and was assured it would be ready in time. I phoned on the 4th day and was told it would be ready the day after. Called again the day after and told it was ready for collection that evening. We went the next morning (day 6) and it was not ready. I was informed it was currently in the process of being painted and was made to feel difficult for complaining due to now missing the booked mot slot. They then told us they would do the mot due to the inconvenience and to return at 6pm. When we returned at 6pm the mot was not complete and the garage was closing. We were made inconvenient because they told us someone now had to be called from Home to do the mot despite their previous assurance. They tried to charge full price for the bodywork and mot despite their failings and we’re argumentative when challenged. Pros: The body/paint work was to a good standard Cons: Unprofessionalism Lack of ownership Argumentative and not understanding Tardiness with deadlines If you can avoid DJ motors I highly recommend you do, whilst the work your car undergoes will be done to a good standard, you will have to deal with an extreme inability to stick with deadlines.
The worst garage ever. They don’t have even basic etiquettes about how to deal with their customers.They will just loot you for doing nothing.I wasted three days for my car to be just checked, even after getting the appointment. Whenever I rang they told me they weren't going to check out and told to take our car away. They have been just faking us by initially saying that they will repair the car and order the parts. We had to booked the train twice because of them. We had to come such a long way, they had just been faking out for 3 days. And moreover, the lady who owns this garage and their receptionist had no sense to talk , they have shown ridiculous behaviour. I will never recommend this garage to anyone. Keep your money safe! If I had an option, I would not even give 1 star to this garage. Not happy with their service at all.

I had bery bad experience with this garage took my car for repair when we didnt agreed with the quote they forced me to pay for part as well the excuse was its non refundable office staff is very unprofessional except their mechanics i would never using this garage again not recommending this to anyone please save your money and time by not going here
Because of my experience I do believe this garage tries to get as much money out of your pocket as possible.And if they dare to go against me I will show the evidence.I do not recommend it to anyone.If you want to try it you can go ahead and personally experience it!?
Excellent service. I have been using them for a few years now for mot and repairs and have found them to be very fair looking after my car needs. They, Dawn especially, really makes you feel at home with a hot drink whilst waiting.
I had some damages on my driver side door and wing, I thought I would never get a good quote or get someone professional to do the job properly. All I had to do was get a new door and wing and they did the rest. The work was perfect and done to perfection. There was not one thing I could say I wasn’t happy about. The paint and body work absolutely immaculate!. The price was great and they finished within a good time so I could get back on the road. Thank you again guys.!!
