This place is the definition of, hidden gem! SO well organised and neat, it doesnt look like a typical second hand shop at all - making shopping here such a nice experience. The staff are always so so polite - i only wish it was bigger!! Thank you so much !

I have no words to express how grateful I am for the baby basket that was gifted. I couldn't come to pick it up at the Watford branch so it was taken to a the branch in my town, Hemel. The basket contains clothes, cosmetics and toiletries. Thank you very much, I think angels really work there

I have loved this shop for years - from buying stuff for both babies to donating things once we no longer needed things. The work they do is so important as well and we have always been keen to support with donations. So it came as a surprise to me when we repeatedly saw perfectly good baby items being thrown in the large bin outside. We initially thought these may be defective products but after asking staff, we were informed that they have "just too much stuff and limited space". This is really disappointing because an excess can always be addressed by refusing donations on certain days. They have previously turned away donations from us and others when at capacity so I fail to understand why good stuff like books, clothes, walkers, moses baskets, prams, toys, bottles, bouncers are all being binned for the landfill. Its now put us off donating because no family wants to see their loved items, all in excellent condition, going in the bin. If priced right, stock will clear faster and create more space. That certainly has been the case whenever they have a sale. Very sad about this.

A great baby equipment and clothes charity shop, full of a full variety of young children's items, the staff were very helpful as well.
