   Best suit I have ever owned — and that’s not just my opinion, my wife confirmed it too! Andrew and the entire team are absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through different options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. They helped me find a suit that fit perfectly with the style I wanted, and thanks to their on-site tailor, I was able to have all the alterations done quickly and professionally. The turnaround time was impressive — I had the suit ready to wear far sooner than I expected. I’ll admit, I was a bit worried at first that this level of service would come with Savile Row prices, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are very reasonable and genuinely competitive with many high-street retail stores, yet the quality and service far exceed anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely be buying all my suits from here going forward. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service, great quality, and fair pricing.

   Great company. First went in to hire a suit, then returned to buy a suit. Been back since to get some other trousers altered and each time has been seamless. The owner is very friendly and the young chap that works there is also very pleasant. Only place I'd choose in St Albans.

   We hired our wedding suits from Waterers and they were fantastic. Everyone said at our wedding that the suits were the best quality and best tailored suits they had ever seen on a grooms party. Andrew and the team were professional from start to finish. The service was top level, personal touch throughout and the team were so flexible and accommodating. We hired 7 suits and every single one was perfectly tailored to fit each usher and fathers of the bride. I have never known a hire service to take in, take up, measure or tailor hire suits. Normally I would expect off the rack! The quality of the suits was top level. The suits were in great condition. You would normally expect some of the clothing from a hire service to be a little tired/worn. Not Waterers. Lastly, we had one gentleman in the party that was significantly taller than average. Without my knowledge or extra charge Andrew got a specially tailored waistcoat to ensure that the fit was perfect. One of many examples of where Waterers went above and beyond. It is no surprise that Waterers is the busiest shop in St Albans! Thank you to Andrew and the team for making our wedding day extra special. The photos are phenomenal because the suits fit!

   Fantastic service all round. Hired seven blue suits for our wedding and they were great. Very accomodating throughout the pandemic after cancelling our wedding twice. Andrew even came to the rescue on his day off the day before our wedding to help with a last minute size change! Would thoroughly recommend.
