I always joke and moan about the MOT, but he has consistently looked after my car and given me complete peace of mind. A great example of this was when I recently needed a new part. Instead of charging me a premium or taking advantage, Dave actually sent me to the cheapest place to buy it, then fitted it and had the car ready within 24 hours. He didn’t have to do that—especially while I was still getting quotes—but he did it because he genuinely cares about his customers. In a time when everything feels expensive and money is tight, knowing there’s a garage where you’ll always be charged a fair price is priceless. I would recommend this place to anyone who values honesty, community, and being treated like a valued customer rather than a walking wallet. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Fast, polite service. Was not aware that you could have services here. Thought it was a second hand car show room until found on an internet search. Most please with the work and so close to home an added bonus. Will be back
Customer service is second to none here. They go above and beyond to help with any queries or questions have whether it be about a new car purchase or having your car fixed in the garage on site. They are AA assured as well which is a bonus. Definitely a place to go if you want a new car or a professional mechanics help/advice. No onsite parking and the roadside can get quite busy and full as it's surrounded by a residential area so it can be tricky to park
Well yes they carried out the most and repair efficiently BUT They wanted the vehicle at ,9,am and a collect of 5pm. I need the vehicle for work and don't want to sit at home the whole day waiting. Losing money

Was only told how much the parts would cost £300 but after everything was done was told to pay nearly £700. Be aware they don’t tell you about labour charge and VAT. After repairs oil light came on, which was never there in first place. Only to be told they didn’t touch the oil. Very rude people and wouldn’t trust them with my car. After coming back to tell them about the oil they tried to fix it and claimed everything would be fine but airbag lights popped up and guess what the oil light was still on dash. Absolutely rubbish people who only care about money. PLEASE AVOID!!!! Go Bartley green much better!
I cannot recommend the team at Highpoint enough, they have gone out of their way on several occasions to help. They have helpful, friendly staff who will keep you informed all the time. They will have my business for many years to come.
Very friendly, helpful and professional. First time using this garage and the lady and gent in reception were lovely and welcoming, very honest about the vehicle and what was needed as vehicle went in for service and MOT. Would highly recommend. Very efficient too, my vehicle was ready within 5 hours of dropping off.
