    I had an MRI on my spine. I arrived early and was met by the very helpful staff. I didn't have to wait long I was called in immediately. I was given ear plugs and headphones I was told i would listen to some nice music, but I couldn't hear any music just the loud banging sounded it was being played through the earphones! I didn't know if I should shout out or press the button. I just thought just put up with it, it will be over soon. It's very loud though my ears were ringing when I left lol

    Medical imagining left a voicemail to call back using specified options. Tried ringing back 4 times, left 2 voicemails with my details as directed. Each time found myself at position 2 in queue. Felt like a ruse. Then tried option for reception. Reception acknowledged problem. So they know and yet they continue to ask people to use the faulty option. Felt the response was complacent (esp now noticing the 1 star comment of difficulties 3 weeks ago). Told I would get a text with appt details, none arrived...another call made. Had I not been directed here by my GP I would have tried another provider. £375, poor customer service is couldn't care less.

    MRI scan went perfectly..getting the results though is not 48 hours. Trying to talk to someone on phone is impossible. Still trying now. Emailed messaged and phone for ring back

    Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.

    I have just left here after having a series of MRI scans on my spine - the staff are all really lovely and kind and caring, the entire building is spotlessly clean, modern and welcoming, disabled facilities are fantastic and the whole thing is swift, professional and friendly. There's plenty of carparking around the rear of the building. I was actually called in before my appointment time as I arrived early and despite it being a full MRI of my lumbar and cervical areas of my spine, it was done with care and with my comfort in mind and I was out of there just 40 minutes later. I'm a bit nervous as to what my MRI results would be, but in terms of experience here and to the wonderful staff, the experience couldn't have been better!

    This place is excellent. It's spotless and ultra modern. The MRI scanner is much superior to those I have used before and I felt very relaxed during my scan. Staff are great and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.

    very bad and horrible experience , I would give less than one if I can .AVOID at all cost . not able to get my fracture clinic because no one bothered to transferred image to my local hospital despite make couple of calls. i will take legal action against this company. horrible service

    very professional service with friendly professional staff who would bend over backwards to help you. i was in immense pain when i arrived as i had traveled by car. i wanted for nothing while i was there. 100% recommend. to add this place is spotless like a brand new movie set or a Nasa laboratory probably the most immaculate place i have step foot in. stop reading this and book your appointment. Thanks again to all the lovely staff
