I came in with ongoing pain and weakness in my left hip and leg it was affecting my life during the day, sleeping and unfortunately I had to give up playing my tennis too because of the pain. “Grandson was ill with reflux. My daughter got a call from a clinician to discuss his symptoms and was invited to the Mastercall Centre. After being booked in, they had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. Very efficient and much better than waiting in A+E. Impressed with the service.”

“Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.”
