We went in for football boots and the owner gave my children tennis balls for free and even played 'football' with my son. It started to rain lightly when we were leaving and they even offered to lend us an umbrella. We will definitely go back again.”

“Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!”

“Super little gym. Pretty much every piece of equipment you could ever need split over 2 rooms. Really friendly, helpful and encouraging staff. Good selection of classes although popular ones fill up fast so book in early.”

“Highly recommended! Emma was brilliant with my anxious dog who has now learned to swim! She had a great deal of experience with dogs which was clear on our first communication with her. Emma is so knowledgeable about issues dogs can have and is very supportive. have had to pause our sessions temporarily we can’t wait to restart my gsd regular swim sessions. Thankyou!”

“After purchasing myself a groupon voucher I pull my back which resulted in a slipped disc and nerve damage. I'd attended physio over the last few months (elsewhere) which had helped a little but have been in constant pain for ~6mths. My voucher was due to so I took the plunge to see what Eddie could do. “I missed coming here. We booked to come for 11 o clock but surprisingly got here 40 min earlier. We were allowed to go early. Changing room was as I remember. It was clean. Toilets were somewhat clean. Can't fault the kids pool and jacuzzi tub. We couldn't sadly stay longer to use the big pool as we came early so needed to leave early. We had fantastic 40 min which flew by.”
