Great service today. The open MRI is a godsend to people like me who are claustrophobic. Traveled from dublin and freya was a huge help to me today I cant thank her enough. Don't let the price put you off you get top service here and they did the scans as quickly as possible for me as they could see I was anxious about it.
Had an open MRI scan here. From my first enquiry and questions which were dealt with by Freya to the scan itself they were all so helpful and reassuring. The MRI which was undertaken by a lovely, friendly radiography team, JC and Jo knew I was anxious and suffered from claustrophobia and did their best to make me comfortable. Thank you ladies. They tried to do it as quickly as they could for me and was made comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.
Staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable and looked after - I could not ask for a better service! Thank you so much. Facilities are top notch; very modern equipment and the room was designed to make patients feel relaxed and forget about the stress (I have a bad claustrophobia). I was lucky to be directed to this place and I will definitely recommend to anyone who need diagnostics. Booking process was very easy - the lady was great! Booking instructions very helpful and I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare myself.
After a panic attack during a brain scan in a normal MRI unit, I was referred to European Scanning for an "open " MRI. A very positive experience with fabulous, helpful, caring staff. A pleasant experience, not an ordeal.
