   If i could have given zero stars I would be doing. After travelling this morning for a gender reveal scan to get there and told the appointment was cancelled, upset was an understatement. Reason for cancelling was because my daughter was 17 and not old enough but they knew this at booking and were quick to take deposit. Appointment had been booked for 3 weeks and they cancel it on the day. Would definitely not recommend as the receptionist was just rude and obnoxious and had no consideration for our feelings.

   Been for early reassurance scans and early gender and was happy with my service. The ladies are absolutely lovely and very welcoming and can’t fault them. I definitely recommend VR Baby to anybody expecting you won’t be disappointed. Thank you girls!

   I have now been to the clinic twice, we had a 4d scan and then a re-scan as baby is camera shy. The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to show us the best possible angles of baby. Would definitely recommend.

   VR baby are honestly amazing. I’m only just 13 weeks but have been to VR baby twice already, once for an early reassurance scan where the sonographer detected a cyst on my ovary and was able to do an internal ultrasound to take lots of pictures that I was able to show my midwife. At the same scan, we also forgot our picture and the same lady chased us down the car park in the rain just to give it us. Our second scan was a well-being scan that I had after worrying that something was wrong due to a previous miscarriage. The sonographer was brilliant and was making sure I was able to see the heartbeat every time the probe was moved which was a massive relief. Both times I’ve felt comfortable, dignified (especially during the internal ultrasound) and reassured. Even the receptionist was so lovely! I cannot fault them at all and I’ll be coming back to VR baby for my gender scan in a few weeks time!

   Receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. Fifi was amazing, patient and reassuring. Don't know who's gave bad reviews but never felt so comfortable at a scan before. Would highly recommend!!

   PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. I booked a surprise gender scan for my baby and she was so excited when we was waiting in reception, to be told theres no sonographer and said they had sent out a email and text message the night before. The text and email I recieved was a reminder of my appointment. They took a deposit which they say they had reimbursed but havnt. They are a complete let down and I wish I had gone with the reviews in the first place. Save your money and time and book elsewhere because you will be disappointed. The one star isnt even worth giving but you have to hibe something.

   Came on Thursday but baby was facing the wrong way, they arranged for me to come back Saturday where he was looking at us. Both visits were lovely from the receptionists to the scanner. Would definitely go back again. Thank you so much for all my lovely pictures

   Absolutely loved my experience here! Had an early gender scan at 14 weeks, the lady was very thorough when checking the gender and explained different things about our baby which was really nice! We were delighted to find out we were having our first girl after three boys! I’m really hoping to return for a 4d scan when I’m further on with my 4 year old son who is utterly obsessed with his baby sister and two other excited boys and daddy! I’ve had a few friends now who have had the 4D scans at around 28-29w and the images have been the best I have seen! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
