   9 days wait for a medical appointment regarding an acute medical issue. Achilles Tendon swelled up to the size of a golf ball and couldn't walk, directly impacting my mobility and work. Contacted on the 19th of February with the next available appointment not until the 28th of February. To be fair the NHS worker who contacted me was very polite but this is not the issue. The NHS is cooked, private healthcare is inevitable.

   This doctors practice failed my baby she has had issues with her milk and belly from being born. I brought her in around 5-6 times worried about her and was told I’m over reacting as I’m a new mum and that she has hives and colic. Hives is a sign of an allergy and they just gave her cream even though I told them she has bubbles in her belly, she couldn’t poo and when she did it was sore and runny. I’ve rushed her to hospital as she is bleeding from her bum and full of rashes and very poorly to find out she is allergic to milk and it’s now turned serious as I was ignored. If the practice took me seriously and actually cared my baby would be okay now but no she’s been suffering for 6 months. I haven’t even been contacted by the dietitian! Absolutely disgraceful. Take people seriously as my baby has suffered due to the practice dismissing me and what I tried to tell them. One of the doctors just picked her up and said ohhh there’s nothing wrong with you is there and I’d never spoken to her about anything at that point then she was kissing her cheeks? I don’t like strangers kissing my baby and I definitely don’t like being made to feel like I’m over reacting when my baby was suffering. Never again would I recommend or use this practice.

   I really like the Accurx online form in order to book an appointment, I was contacted the morning after I have submitted the request. However in the appointment I was asked twice both by the medical student and the GP "was that what you were expecting" or what were you expecting out of your appointment. I feel like this was unnecessary as I wasn't expecting anything out of the appointment I came because I was concerned about my health. This made me feel like they thought I was expecting them to give me something and also made me feel like I didn't necessarily need to attend the appointment.

   Went to this surgery today as a temporary resident in the area. Was seen very quickly. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful. The GP I saw was wonderful, such a grogeous lady. Very happy with the service I received.

   Me and my family been with lambgates now for over a year. The service is outstanding. Sent online triage form off and within 10 minutes I had a phone call from lambgates offering a face to face appointment. Staff are really welcoming and friendly go out of their way to provide 10/10 service.

   Amazing staff so friendly! The only GP practice where you’ll get seen the same day or the next day. I did an online consultation this morning and got an appointment within a few hours! Highly recommend this surgery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Thorough and efficient service! I moved to Lambgates because of a shoulder injury that was not being resolved at with previous GP. The receptionist and clinical staff were very friendly and helful in getting my shoulder seen to, reffered and operated on. Very quick and good service. Thank you

   Completed the online triage form for my 16 year old son who had been unwell for a week. I got a call just after lunch telling me to bring him down that afternoon to see a doctor. She took a full history and thorough examination. Never had a problem getting an appointment when any of the family have needed one and I have been a patient for around 30 years.

   Since December, I have had a flu jab at the centre, obtained a Dr’s referral letter regarding a knee injury & recently was seen in person by Dr Ahmed at the centre. The COVID measures in place are excellent, the reception staff friendly, polite & efficient. The web triage system is very good & hopefully it will continue after the pandemic, much more cost & time efficient for both patients & staff. Finally, I required a letter from my records emailing to me, again the reception staff were most helpful & sorted it, without any problems. In these challenging times, it’s great to see Lambgates operating so efficiently.
