   The quality of their cloths is outstanding, I regularly buy cloths for my daughter and any birthday presents. Most importantly the ladies in the Richmond store, Tara and Carolina are really amazing, they are always so patient and helpful trying to find the right sizes, designs, making sure I am aware of the promotions or rewards. Thanks so much ladies!!! You really make a difference.

   I love the clothing but delivery this time on an online order had been ridiculous. Nearly 2 weeks now and not even shipped! I've had to chase it just to be told there's delays as warehouse has moved, its not great customer service as this is obviously an expected move so why not inform customers that delivery is temporarily so slow and an informed choice can be made if to order. I was told, you can just return it when it arrives! Not the point hatley, it was a gift I needed for a certain date! So beware when making online orders that delivery is very very slow.

   I recently visited a this shop in Richmond, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding customer service. The shop is beautifully arranged with a wide variety of stylish, high-quality children’s clothing. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions and ensuring we found exactly what we were looking for. They even entertained my little ones while I shopped, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The clothes are not only adorable but also durable and comfortable, perfect for active kids. I highly recommend two friendly and nice-looking staffs at shop on 12 July 24 to any parents in the Richmond area. It’s clear that they care deeply about their customers and the quality of their products. We will definitely be returning for all our children’s clothing needs!
