   I recently had a full service with an oil change done at Burnt Tree Auto Centre Ltd on my VW Toureg, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.    Doesn't take the RAC vouchers even though signed up as RAC approved garage. Given a list as long as my arm for advisories including brakes that have been replaced in the last 18 months. Definitely saw a woman and thought they could try and milk more ££ out of me. Didn't even discuss advisories just left sheet on passenger seat and gave me my keys.

   Lack of professionalism and attention to detail; not recommended for utilization. I brought my vehicle in for a routine brake disc and pad replacement, a relatively straightforward task. Regrettably, during the process, the lower trim of the driver's door was inadvertently damaged due to an aggressive door opening while the car was on the lift. Despite clear visual evidence captured by the facility's cameras, the establishment disclaimed any responsibility upon direct inquiry. This experience underscores their lack of professionalism, unreliability, and discourteous customer service. It is advised to explore alternative automotive service options, unless the preservation of your vehicle is of little concern.

   Took car in for oil filter housing repair on my st and a new stump plug put on and oil change with oil i got from ford, 5 weeks and only my recir valve replaced, said it fixed the boost welch autos never fixed, well i have to scrap my engine as the head had been damaged and 33 miles raked up in 5 weeks of it "standing in the yard" 5 weeks and they had the same cars on the lifts and was "busy" too busy to do a job that the garage Autos"R"uss did by station hotel in 5 minutes for 20$ 5K car now needs scrapping due to shobby work that i informed them that needed doing before sorting boost out or road use. 3k for a new engine due to a 200$ repair that takes 4 hours tops to do.

   Booked in for MOT, explained about tyre puncture and asked them to fix tyre. Received a phone call on Friday, we were advised about break pads that need fixing. We agreed to breaks being fixed, was given the price over the phone (wasn't very clear, as we heard it as £235 altogether) We went to pay, and was charged VAT on top, for a total of £276. It would be better if they just gave the total amount via phone call which included the VAT. That's what other garages do.
