“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. “Absolutely fantastic service! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful when my daughter’s tyre valve stem snapped. He quickly replaced it without any fuss and fitted three new tyres at a great price. He even went above and beyond by replacing all the valve stems free of charge! It’s rare to find such an honest and genuine garage that truly cares about its customers. I can’t recommend this place enough — thank you so much for the excellent service!”

“Wow! Absolutely brilliant service! Someone drove into the front end of my Mum and Dad's car and drove off, leaving them with a huge hole in their wing, a horribly scratched bumper and a chunk out of their tyre; the car coukd not be driven. My mechanic gave me C and R's number and I'm so glad he did! They were amazing! Firstly, the service was brilliant. They came and collected the car; sorted all of the body work; colour matched it perfectly; sorted the tyre; polished the whole car; and returned it to my Mum and Dad, who were thrilled. Secondly, considering the quality of the workmanship, we felt they were very reasonably priced. Furthermore, Carl and Julian were just lovely. Extremely friendly, courteous and professional.
