   Popped in today as had low tyre pressure and was concerned I had a slow puncture ! I did have a puncture and also needed a repair . The service from the team was fabulous and special shout out to Nav, the assistant manager . He was helpful and I will return in the future for any other concerns .    Bought my car in to get the tracking sorted after literally just getting the tracking done at another garage (obviously incorrectly). They got my car seen to in a reasonable amount of time, despite dropping in without an appointment on a bank holiday, and quickly identified the alignment had not be undertaken correctly and sorted the issue. Car now drives perfectly. Thank you for the excellent service.

   I visited over two days, after being let down elsewhere, the Dudley team were fantastic in helping me get my MOT & Service over two days. The MOT I was given a slot and pickup time, they completed the job in the time they said, and were more than helpful given the last minute request. The next morning for my service they allowed me to drop off just after the school run, and kept me informed of when the work would be complete, and as promised it was. I will use this branch of Kwik fit in future. Very helpful staff.

   my tire pressure was low on my motorcycle, noticed was little low when left work in Wolverhampton, thought put some air in once got home in Cradley, glad stopped there as pressure was only 10psi, the staff there was very helpful a credit to kwick fit if all staff are as good as there as other kwick fit garages you will have no problems, thank u again, will recommend A++++

   I've come in this morning worried since I have a long drive tomorrow, and I have a flat tyre. No one I've called has been open or available, but I've come into this branch this morning and the gentleman at the desk assured me we could have it sorted today. I was so relieved! I came back an hour later and the car was taken in immediately. Beyond satisfied with the service provided for me today, all the staff I spoke to were lovely and would absolutely recommend this branch :D
