“Absolutely fantastic service! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful when my daughter’s tyre valve stem snapped. He quickly replaced it without any fuss and fitted three new tyres at a great price. He even went above and beyond by replacing all the valve stems free of charge! It’s rare to find such an honest and genuine garage that truly cares about its customers. I can’t recommend this place enough — thank you so much for the excellent service!”

“Bought my car in to get the tracking sorted after literally just getting the tracking done at another garage (obviously incorrectly). They got my car seen to in a reasonable amount of time, despite dropping in without an appointment on a bank holiday, and quickly identified the alignment had not be undertaken correctly and sorted the issue. “My car had started to judder and been doing so on and off for a week or so but I had ignored the warning believing it was in need of a service. The judder got worse to the point where I was concerned and the car had been sold. I rang Amo at Netherton Automotive Services Limited and informed him about the problem, I was asked to drive over to his garage so he could look more closely at the car. By the time I pulled up on the garage forecourt two warning lights had appeared, one an engine icon and the other was EPC orange warning light. Amo came over to the car plugged his machine/computer into the car, diagnosing the issue, he informed me there was a problem with the ignition coils. Immediately he got onto his mobile phone and ordered two new ignition coils, around an hour later they arrived and fitted into my car by Amo. I did a test drive and the car was back to its normal working order. I was extremely impressed with the speed and service I received as I was seen immediately helped and my car put right. If I had called Seat Dealership or VW Dealership I would have been given an appointment weeks in advance. My car had been repaired and working correctly, allowing me to go ahead with the sale of the car on the same day. So I would definitely recommend this Garage for support with your car.”

“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

“Spot on Job! First time using Carsmetic. Popped over for a quick estimate and I was greeted by Stuart, very friendly and nice bloke. We had a chat about what I wanted doing which was, front bumper full respray, bonnet fixing and painting and blending it all in. He gave me a reasonable price to do the work and booked me in. Over the few days he had my car he kept me updated with the progress, I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Then gave me a phone call when it was all finished. When I went there to pick my car up I could see straight away the great job he had accomplished. Came out and had a chat and I couldn’t be more happy. Everything is blended in amazingly, could never tell the bumper was black before I took it to him. Will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!”

“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. “This place is the one! Went to a different Aircon "specialist" and they "vacuum tested" it and just gassed it but a month later when it started getting warm outside and I could test the Aircon, it wasn't working. I came to this place instead and did a proper pressure test instead of a vacuum test and highlighted the issue almost immediately. Very good price as well so I can definitely recommend.”

“I have taken my 2012 Audi b8.5 S5 to change water pump/thermostat/PVC and carbon cleaning and some other bits done. Prices were very reasonable and very good turnaround times to complete the job. Also i would like to mention some leaks and broken parts were discovered during the work due to age of the car. And Thomas truely went above and beyond and did his best to repair/replace them and have my car ready on a very short timescale due to my work schedule even after all the troubles that came up with the car along the way. Shows he truley care about their customers and can work trhough any problems I can 100% reccomend them for anyone who likes their car. Also check out their YouTube channel some cool stuff there.”

“Wow! Absolutely brilliant service! Someone drove into the front end of my Mum and Dad's car and drove off, leaving them with a huge hole in their wing, a horribly scratched bumper and a chunk out of their tyre; the car coukd not be driven. My mechanic gave me C and R's number and I'm so glad he did! They were amazing! Firstly, the service was brilliant. They came and collected the car; sorted all of the body work; colour matched it perfectly; sorted the tyre; polished the whole car; and returned it to my Mum and Dad, who were thrilled. Secondly, considering the quality of the workmanship, we felt they were very reasonably priced. Furthermore, Carl and Julian were just lovely. Extremely friendly, courteous and professional.
