   I have taken my 2012 Audi b8.5 S5 to change water pump/thermostat/PVC and carbon cleaning and some other bits done. Prices were very reasonable and very good turnaround times to complete the job. Also i would like to mention some leaks and broken parts were discovered during the work due to age of the car. And Thomas truely went above and beyond and did his best to repair/replace them and have my car ready on a very short timescale due to my work schedule even after all the troubles that came up with the car along the way. Shows he truley care about their customers and can work trhough any problems I can 100% reccomend them for anyone who likes their car. Also check out their YouTube channel some cool stuff there.

   very professional approach, I came to replace the timing chain,They gave me a quote how much it will cost and exactly what will be used. They asked for permission to test the engine after the repair. When the engine was disassembled other problems were discovered, it was immediately reported to me, and then everything was repaired after. I received a warranty for everything. Got complete invoice with each screw and gasket that was changed. Replacing the timing chain and fixing everything else cost me the same as just replacing the timing chain at another garage on the same car only a year older great satisfaction for me Don't buy a car when you can't afford repairs

   Owner caught on my dashcam abusing my Audi S4 and taking it for a 70mph joy ride down the local 30mph school road ...an unprofessional outfit at best... They later get in my car and disconnect my dashcam OUTSIDE of shop working hours! The work requested did not include any prerequisite test drive, I even had my car delivered to them on a trailer. The dashcam footage is attached to this review, they already tried to take it down from YouTube with a false copyright claim which was refuted and the video re-instated. Please do further research via Google for vag technic car abuse. To top it all off, my engine seized 1500 miles after their timing job. They had my car for 8 weeks after quoting me 2-4 weeks for the job and returned the car with a noisy engine consuming 2x more oil than before. These issues were raised multiple times with them and I was told "it's normal". 4 weeks after their work the engine seized. After 2 months of me trying to get VAG Technic to inspect their work under warranty which they were not interested in, I had an independent garage disassemble the engine and their mechanics diagnosed the engine failure to be due to parts installed by VAG Technic, leaving me to pursue further action. Goes to show how much customer care you'll get after spending £5000 at this place. This was a prestigious well-known magazine featured car in excellent condition, absolutely zero expense spared, only 85k miles - in the own words of VAG Technic; "cleanest car we ever had". I suggest you think twice before bringing your pride and joy here.
