    I've used Wilco at Bramley numerous times, however today I went to buy a replacement oil cap for my Peugeot 2008 as it had come loose and fallen off, I drove down thinking this was OK but should have realised this was doing more damage to my car. The part had to be ordered in as I wanted it to be a genuine peugeot part, Chris ordered the part, picked it up and delivered it to my door as I couldn't drive. This is what you would call going above and beyond, Excellent customer service hence the 5 star review. All I can say is Thank you for today it will not be forgotten.

    Been for 2 bulbs fitting. Used to be £8per bulb, that was with fitting. Charged me £25.didnt even have to use any tools, just put in by hand. Will not go again for bulbs fitting. I know things have gone up slightly, but come on....

    Do not buy batteries from here, got one 2 months ago to have the rac come out has my car won't start. Found out the batteries was flat and need changing, got report so took it to back wilco motorsave to be told there is nothing wrong with there battery. Now in a battle to get my money back. Meant to have a 3 year warranty.

    My car had problems starting in cold weather. Had my car checked. Was told I needed a new alternator. New alternator + 2 hours labour = £470. What a rip off! Note: alternators dont take more than an hour to change. Got my car checked out by another two garages who said I just need a new battery. Got a new battery, problem solved. Wont return to Wilco Motosave again.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS... got spark plugs done 2-3 weeks ago. Went to do a pressure check of car and the spark plugs were sooo tight that they cracked and went into cyclinder holes of engine. Went to the place showed pictures . Their own machanic said they would swell but not that extent. Advised the manager would call . Manager called Monday and its taking no responsibility for the mess and damage that they caused to my car. The manager excuse.. well it left here fine so not our responsibility! Absolutely disgusting place. Contacted trading standards who advised that I in fact have a case under the consumer Act. Do not go there .. I paid roughly 300 pound for work there only to be left with potientally hundreds of pounds in damages and a car I can't even turn on ! Best part is they wanted me to bring the car to them after advising not to turn car on due to other potential damage it may cause. Absolute jokers taking advantage of women who don't know the trade . Use at your own risk but I would avoid and never use them again !
