   It's great to still have a traditional village pub where you can get a great selection of beers and great company. There is always a warm welcome and someone to talk to. Fantastic building which has kept so many original features and very tastefully decorated

   Came here Sunday with my partner and our young child after recommendations from family. Absolutely lived up to expectations. A lovely quiet family pub. Bar services with a smile and couldnt be more accommodating. The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious! Even our 2 year old ate his veggies! It's not local for us but will 100% be back! Quiz nights advertised in the pub so will hopfully try that one night!

   Excellent venue, we enjoyed a drink or two as you do when in comfortable surroundings. Dogs were made welcome with water being brought to them shame they were out of doggie biscuits. Menu looked very interesting and good prices as it was Monday the kitchen not open so I think we will definitely have to return. Thank you Byron for making us so welcome.
