Cocked up, gave our food to another table, weren't able to provide more pizzas, no ingredients left, at 6;30pm, refused to give a refund, still waiting for a call back. Don't deserve 1 star !

Didn’t even get the chance to approach the bar before being very rudely demanded to leave by the woman at the bar, i’ve been in before when i was younger with parents no issue but as we walked in we didn’t receive a “hello” or anything we got “how old are you all?” which is straight up rude for starts and very unprofessional. upon replying and saying 18 we got asked for id, which fair enough but i don’t see why it was needed considering ive been in there before at the age of 15. one of us doesn’t carry the id due to not drinking alcohol so we said one doesn’t have it on them and just got the “you need to leave” no explanation of why we needed to as we wasn’t even in there for alcohol we went it to grab a drink of coke or something before going onto the ice as we was early for the booking and thought the place looked nice. there was no need to be spoke to like that all. the girl was so unprofessional and extremely rude, would not waste your time stepping foot in that place, better off going to go fridays across the road. she needs to learn some respect!

Really poor quality I’m sorry to say. Turkey and gravy was the positive. Loads of choice of veg but none cooked well. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but it’s an honest one. Staff were bickering at one point in front of us, the customers. Not good practice. I’d rather pay twice as much for quality. Sorry but I won’t be returning. Maybe spend time talking to staff n deffo need fresh fresh fresh everything as mashed potatoes tasted liked they’d been prepped days ago. Very disappointed

This was a great pub to go for a drink at after swimming, with views around the building and outside it! The counter is well-presented, lady serving was welcoming and the layout has a good feel. I enjoyed a pint of Strawberry and Lime cider at comfy seating and the TV is a bonus, although the toilet sinks were a bit damaged.

Lovely lady serving and taking orders, other staff were very friendly! food came out quickly, was very reasonable priced and tasty! Would visit again next time we’re visiting the dome

Really poor service, staff don't care and seem rude. No food out for the breakfast. They bring out a few bits at a time, which goes right away. Been here over an hour and still no scrambled egg, no bread for toast. Food tastes OK when it eventually arrives, but you end up eating one thing and waiting for the next item to appear. Avoid.

The carvery was disgusting, all the meet was dry, the broccoli was mushy, the stuffing balls was hard and dry, no Yorkshire puddings, the mash tasted like smash, the gravy was like water will not be coming again
