   Having moved to Droitwich 8 or so months ago, I finally reached the time when I needed to get my car serviced. I asked around and read reviews of various garages and decided to give Eric Morris Car Care a try. From the initial call through to them giving me the bill, they were the model of friendly professionalism. Obviously they're excellent at what they do but their customer interaction is just first class. I guess it's obvious they were the right choice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

   Great friendly lady on reception, nice coffee made when waiting for my car, clear invoice and explanation of works. I'm not going to let my rating be affected by my next comment, only an observation......if the guys working there could acknowledge the customers instead of just walking past that would be better. I had 2 different guys walk past me 3 times whilst waiting outside the wrong entrance without saying a word! A guy finally came out of another entrance and asked if I wanted to give my keys in. Erm yes!

I respect them as experts, trust them as honest brokers and genuinely like them as people. They seem to have understood that is you're very good at what you do, you can afford to treat the customer as family.

   I've used this garage for over thirty years. Eric (RIP) was an honest and ethical man who I could always trust to do only what needed doing. He would always try to keep the cost down for me. His sons have inherited his ethos and now carry on his legacy with the same honesty and integrity. Great garage!
