   Called in here for a drink while out to watch Worksop Town. Drink prices pretty reasonable, but the whole place was filthy. Sticky tables, and no exaggeration but every step up to the toilets was sticky as hell. If that's what front of house looks like I would never risk eating there.

   Visited this pub for a children's Halloween party (organized by the venue) the effort the staff put into the party, which was free, was outstanding. This is a modern pub that attracts all ages. Efficient and friendly bar staff. Very clean toilets, empty glasses on tables cleared regularly.

   We went out with friends just before 1am. We have ordered a drink around 1am, went to dance floor. After 15~20min from a moment we came to pub, a random guy attacked one of our friends. He hit him 2 times with no reason, from behind... My friend felt twice on the ground, but managed to stand up. Security put my friend on the ground without any reason and took him out of the pub... That guy which attacked my friend staid in ... I have seen him few days after that incident, goin into a pub without any problems but we... Group of people which been defending our friend, we are not allowed any more to come to that pub because .... The owner said we haven't beehive right to the security... They, the security laughed at us, that we expect any help and refused giving budge numbers... The security refused to provide first aid to our friend which been covered in blood and Lost consciousness. Refused to call ambulance or police. We have spoken with the owner/manager and he said we beehive not right to security so we are banned for coming in... To sum up... If u want to fight you are welcome there , but if u are the victim expect to be drag out of the pub It one big absurd.... Stay away from this place. Police have seen the CCTV records and they can confirm that we didn't do anything wrong.... But we are banned...

   Couple of girls on bar very rude. Place never seems busy and not helpful. Was out with mates one Saturday night and was but of trouble but a lad collecting glasses was very helpful and reassuring. Poor lad was doing all hard work alone while some of the girls on bar were on phones while he was left on his own. Prices are high and much better pubs in area so very much doubt we will all be going back in again. Its OK doing the place up but pub was way better before it changed hands. Had better atmosphere and better staff and was busier too. Now been ruined.

   No kids allowed. As soon as our party entered the seating area, we were told that they had a no kids policy. There were 7 of us in total and we were forced to take our custom elsewhere. I'm glad they're able to turn away customers in the current climate (bearing in mind, there were no more than 2 or 3 in the entire building). I'll take my family and my custom to any one of the other pubs not living in the 19th century.
