I recently had my wife’s car serviced @ Colin & Phil’s & I have to say I am very pleased with the quality of the work. You’re possibly wondering why would you write a review to say that, well it’s the little extras that stood out to me, for instance the terminals on the battery were slightly corroded, they had been cleaned and treated, also the door hinges & stays were also cleaned & greased. It’s the little things that make the difference. A job well done @ a fair price.
what can i say than true gentlemen of the roads , i was in a right dilemma a few days ago as my hubby had an urgent hospital appointment in Birmingham and found 2 hours before we were due to arrive we found the car would not even make a tiny purr , they leapt to our aid and got it turning over in minutes , they truly went above and beyond to help us ,, very much appreciated and so very thankful for there quick response to an aged couple in need in our years we've met many workmen and mechanics , but these lads come top of the tree for us ,, THANK YOU ,,
left me waiting for an hour. mot booked for 9am. took his sweet time arriving at 10. then a 3 hour MoT! Made rude comments about my car. charged me £45 for the privilege. someone put a rocket up these guys please
Fantastic customer service- brought my car here after work (they’re open until 6pm which was so useful as many places close at 5.30!) and they diagnosed AND fixed the problem within half an hour. Lovely friendly staff, would recommend to everyone.
