   Needed a new battery for my car. Accessed the Halfords website, found nearest store, entered vehicles reg and sourced exactly what I needed. I was able to book a slot within the hour. Was seen on time. Battery fitted which did need an experienced fitter. Home within a couple of hours. Excellent service.

   I had outstanding service today from both Susan on the tills, and Jake who fitted the bulbs for me. Susan immediately found me the correct bulbs for my car, at the best price with fitting included. She was efficient, friendly, bubbly and made the entire experience a very positive one, especially after a stressful weekend of bad luck with my car! A Xmas Angel!!! Jake who fitted the bulbs for me was cheerful, polite and had me back on the road in no time. Great experience, I highly recommend.

   Excellent and thorough service for my bike. Got there on my appointment time and immediately got served, bit of a tricky issue but eliminated all possibilities..found the problem and quickly fixed it. In the process gave my bike a quick MOT all for a fraction of the cost of most bike shops.

   Halfords Guiseley. We called to get advise concerning our mobile fitting of our Nextbase 320 front and rear camera. The staff immediately without hesitation examined the equipment. Again without hesitation the staff immediately carried out the removal of the equipment. We were very impressed with the service by all of the staff working on Thursday who individually gave us service of the highest level. This is a very rare these days. Special thanks to Mike.

I decided to become a member of the Halfords Club and they gave my car a free health check - tyres, oil level, coolant, wiper washer etc - BRILLIANT!!!

   I Picked my bike up from the guiseley Halfords today, and couldn’t speak more highly of the service. From the staff behind the til, to the chap who fitted my bike rack, everyone was super helpful and knowledgable. David, the bike technician was brilliant and talked me through everything, from using the bike rack to the detail of the bike and care contract. Highly recommend this store. Thanks team

   Staff are always incredibly helpful whenever we visit. Good range of items. Lots of parking nearby due to being in the retail park. May be best to avoid peak times though. Although Halfords itself is usually fairly quiet, Westside gets ridiculously busy.

   We were warmly welcomed at the entrance to the store and quickly shown to the product we had enquired about. The staff member was very helpful and explained how it worked. When it came to paying for it he asked for my email address (which I said that they should already have it) but he pointed out that they were not allowed to keep it due to data protection; something I did not realise before so I was happy to give it again. Great customer service!
