Brilliant service. Had my clutch changed, drop link and engine mount on an Alfa Mito, all turned around in 24 hours with a courtesy car. All the staff are great and the prices are honest and make sense.
Cant praise these guys enough they are all sound, MOT'd my car and it had an emissions and a tyre problem, reasonable prices had it all done the same day and I even had some spare windscreen wipers in the back that I didnt even mention that I was going to fit myself, picked my car up and realised that they fitted them for me, top service cheers fellas

Con artists. Don't know how else to put it. Discussed a price on the phone but when the job was finished I was asked to pay almost £100 more. The reason being that the quotation was free of Vat. Nobody mentioned anything about any vat on the phone. Not happy about it especially since I had an offer from other garage that could do it at almost half the price. The only reason I went to them is because they were closer and the initial quotation was not that much different from the one of the other garage. Pay attention when dealing with them. I would avoid them altogether.
I've used Ray's Garage for Services, MOT and repairs for a long time, so they've seen almost every vehicle I've owned and they don't disappoint. The courtesy cars they provide are nearing the end of their lives, but something is better than nothing and they've never failed on me. You genuinely feel appreciated as a customer not a walking wallet, and I can honestly say they pay more care and attention than our local main dealers.
I have been using Ray Middleton Garage for maybe 20 years now, mainly for MOTS to older cars but some more recent BMWs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a great set of experienced and helpful people. I know a bit about cars, and they respond to this by not treating me like an idiot, as many garages will, and have done. I know there are some good garages out there and some not so good but this garage is great and trustworthy. Dave, Andy, Chris, office staff and the originator Ray, the most decent chap you would wish to deal with, are all great people.
