   I called Tim and Claire in what can only be described as a bit of a predicament! After buying a new defender, within an hour I’d lost control and ended up in a hedge, completely knackering the front steering-no one hurt thankfully but not at all ideal. The kicker-I was over 5 hours from home! Obviously quite stressed and a bit shaken sitting in the rain with my phone running out of battery I called Tim who couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave me his tow company number and we discussed various options. In the end I managed to drive the truck very slowly to him… Tim immediately assessed the damage and ordered the parts needed and Claire very kindly gave me a lift to the station for my mammoth journey home on public transport. Within two days Tim had fixed the damage, had the tracking done on the truck and basically saved me from an incredibly difficult and sad mistake on my part. I couldn’t appreciate their help and kindness more. Not only does Tim clearly know land rovers incredibly well, above and beyond any mechanic-ing they are good, kind people and in the life that’s really all you need. They will do right by you, don’t hesitate to give them a ring! After what can only be described as an epic saga and total cock up on my part I finally made it home with my new truck 3 days late which i couldn’t have done without them. Thanks so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
