   Myself and my husband were passing through and spent 20 minutes trying to find a pub that serves food. We found the albert. Well what can I say. Owner and his son were extremely welcoming and catered to whatever we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious we got the pie homemade by the owners wife and it was one of the best pies I've ever had. Compliments to the chef. Locals nearby recommended it to us saying exactly the same thing I would defo go again. Thank you

   Just called in after a nice walk down the green way from clowne. We decided to have something to eat. And for the price you pay the meal was lovely. It was nice and fresh,hot and the service was good.
