It was really easy to book an appointment to have our tyres checked. This was done on Saturday evening and an appointment was offered for 10.00am on Sunday morning. The technicians were brilliant....they were really helpful and got both tyre problems fixed with the hour. An amazing service!
Helpful and friendly! I’m not local and drive a lot for work. Connor was welcoming and sorted out my tyres quickly with good communication. As an added bonus, as it was a quick fix there was no charge! Highly recommend. Thank you so much.
Big thanks to Connor at Kwik Fit. I suspected the issue was wheel balancing, but he checked the car thoroughly before doing any work. He made sure it really was the cause rather than just going ahead and taking payment, which could have left me with the same issue afterwards. His honesty and attention to detail were much appreciated. Excellent service.
I find the team extremely friendly and helpful! I have used them for years as recently as last month for a brake check which was free of charge. I will always remember their kindness when it was 5:30pm and I had a flat tyre just before they were due to close but they took the time to change it to allow me to get home safely. Thank you team :)
Sam answered the phone quickly after I’d already tried 3 garages with no answer. Dealt with my issues over the phone and got me the right tyre ready for when I’d arrived with the RAC. Adam put the tyre on soon after I arrived and fitted it perfectly. Great customer service and also very well fitted in really quick time. 100% recommend and I’ll be going back there for sure!
Took our car in this morning with a puncture. James welcomed us and swiftly got the car on the ramp. Myself, my wife and our toddler sat in the waiting room. James was so efficient, found the cause and plugged the tyre. Excellent, honest and professional service. He’s a credit to the company and another reason for us to continue using Kwik Fit. I needed air in my tyre and was in a hurry to take my mum to hospital I tried Shell on Stratford rd and of course the machine doesn’t work and they’ve removed it completely. Then tried the useless Applegreen petrol station and as alway air machine was “out of order”. I thought I’d try kwik fit and went there and asked one of the guys if he could put air in my tyre he was very polite and left what he was was doing and put air in all 4 tyres and it was for free! Thank you for your service it saved me a lot of trouble very reliable.
Just to warn others. I went to get advice as my left headlight had stopped working!. When I first went to my local kwik fit in hall green, they told me that they don't have a bulb at the moment and I needed to go to Halfords to get one!? Oddly I went, the queue was huge to be seen and was told that they couldn't see my car. I went back to kwik fit (another day) and the mechanic said that he checked the bulb and it appears that the fault isn't the bulb but an electrical issue which they can't repair! He couldn't even advise me where I could go but I was just annoyed at this point. A friend advised me to see a local ex mechanic and he should be able to check and perhaps fix it. As I went to see him, he said that its not an electrical fault but a simple fuse with the bulb (and he showed me where the damage was inside the bulb). He even said that the guys at kwik fit havnt even opened the headlights out as the screws seemed rusted. Anyway, he kindly brought a new bulb and fitted it the next day...and it works!!! So just to inform others. Please do not go to Kwik fit as they clearly did not check the issue properly..made me travel here, there and everywhere and plus lied to me. If I had told someone else that it was an electrical fault, I would have been charged alot of money as they would have just changed the whole part which in actual fact, it was just a simple bulb change!!
James you legend!! We came to you with the tyre sensor issue on our car after we had exhausted all other avenues and spent a fortune at a well known German luxury vehicle dealership. You knew exactly what to do and resolved the issue. This guy deserves recognition from management. James did what a big German brand couldn't! He has saved us over £500. He was absolutely spot on with his advice. A Saturday of running around but you have saved us a good few weeks of headache. Thank you so much!!
