   Words cannot explain how comfortable I was made to feel, how well I was cared for and how lovely the staff were on the ward. From the beginning of the day before my surgery I was treated with so much respect and care. This was my first ever surgery. I was nervous. But everyone was amazing with answering my questions and making me feel at ease. There were so many people involved I honestly cannot remember everyone's names, but thank you to all the staff at Rochdale who helped in my care. After I woke up, the staff in the pioneer ward was so attentive to my care. I was consistently checked one, received anything and everything I asked for, and was given brilliant advice for my after care. Two names I was able to remember was Marie and Allen (I think) as I got to spend a bit more time with them. They exceptionally, like everyone else!! These guys were really helped me get back on my feet and feeling human again. Not to forget, Dr Ilias, my consultant, his surgical team and the anesthesiologist team. Im afraid I was in the land of nod during the surgery, but I am forever grateful to them all for taking me into their care. Thank you to you all for your care and expertise.

   I recently had a hysteroscopic surgery with Dr. E. Lewis at Rochdale Infirmary, and my nurse was Hannah. I had an excellent experience. The specialist team was highly professional, and the anaesthesia team was outstanding. All the nurses were very kind and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

   Just been with grit in my eye and received first class service. Very polite and friendly staff. I have no complaints whatsoever. Sorted and sent home with meds in 1 1/2 hours. Thank you to you all for being there.

   Sat in this tonight promoting alcohol awareness no wonder people drink they are self medicating. The whole of rochdale and one doctor that’s it . Sat there for two hours and they seen one person . I ended up walking out no wonder my dad died with a service like this . This is second time round tried ringing gp but that’s Russian roulette if you can get in touch . If you do your greeted by a receptionist who guides you to places like this if I’d of stayed with what I worked out with how the doctors work I’d of been lucky to see a doctor by dinner time the next day. And probably fobbed of with paracetamol. Absolute joke I will take this further.

   I went to Gynaecology yesterday afternoon and what a great team on duty. Every member of staff was brilliant. We had a giggle even though staff faced with adversity with malfunctioning equipment to sort out. We got there and I have so much thanks for their skills and kindness. Thank you.

   I took my 90 year old mother today to urgent care centre. From the nurses in triage (Heather & Gabby), Dr Geraint (I think that was his name) to Ali in X-ray. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Sorry I forgot the receptionist. Thank you so much for such a nice experience even though my mum was in pain.

   Have had nothing but fantastic treatment at this hospital over the years. Regretfully it has all been let down by one person yesterday, went to give my bloods as per usual and was greeted by the most unfriendly ,miserable and rude person in the hospitial. Every other time I have been in the staff taking my blood have been very, very ,friendly .I appreciate everyone has an off day but please dont take it out on patients.

   Very reassuring experience whilst having my hernia operation in the Day clinic,I was fitted in soon after my first cancellation ,The staff were friendly and informative and made me feel at ease ,super service and all NHS deserve a decent pay rise and my service today confirms this.
