   I had a nasty crash getting my tire caught in the tram lines at 30mph and face planted broke my cracked my skull and eye socket chip a tooth damaged my eye and a small brain bleed and the care i got from the ambulance to the rest of the nhs staff was amazing fixed me up checked ever over obviously there was a little bit of waiting time between stuff and brief time in halls but when I got on the rhe major trama ward it was like a hotal with my own toilet and sink, tv, good Internet, the staff where absolutely amazing it was quiet in there as well so good sleep the doctors 10/10 so glad it is my local hospital

   I reluctantly went to Salford royal yesterday . The care I’ve recieved by them has been shocking and they proved themselves again . Haven’t been to toilet in weeks , stomach massively distended muscles rapidly breaking down struggling breathing can’t walk because it taken every medication there isIn , Not even a physical exam here’s some antidepressants and throw thee others in for good measure . Ushered to the door where I’m wished good luck . Wow and they wonder why we constantly complain.

   My dad was sent here after a small stroke and the care ion the wards was amazing. However, they choose to send my elderly father home with no preparation for returning home, I’ve made a complaint to pals and the safeguarding or help person and never received a reply. I always doubted whether hospitals took complainants seriously and not I have the prod that they don’t

   Amazing hospital, couldn't thank all the staff on B8 (Critical Care 1) unit. You guys saved my 16 year old brother's life after a tragic accidental road collision. 9 months on and he is still regaining balance and stability on his legs but from where he has came from to now he couldn't have been without you guys. Thank you so much.

   I recently spent over a week in H4 at Salford royal. The staff were tremendous, so kind, so knowledgeable. Some of the patients can be challenging but the staff were so good with everyone, not once did I see one of the nurses get impatient with anyone. I would like to especially commend Vicky one of our nurses who had a wonderful sense of humour and helped pass the long days with her kindness and personality. Also thought Sara who took the food orders was really lovely (ask her about the clear soup) she made my meal times. Thank you Salford royal. John kerns

   It was my first visit to this hospitals neurology department. The staff were wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I have trouble being where there are other people but while waiting for transport home,I asked if I could go outside, they provided me with a pager so they could let me know if it arrived while I was still outside. My consultant Dr. Gosal was great I didn't feel rushed, he put me as ease and listened.

   First triage nurse in A&E was not very friendly. Short, with short blond highlighting hair. Doesn't know much about patient privacy, but more about using her phone. Overall good experience, friendly receptionists, Panda Unit triage nurse was amazing, and GP was knowledgable and there to listen. ++

   Amazing staff that always is her to help. I usually arrive early and most of the time procedures get done earlier than scheduled as a result. Staff is very polite and makes sure that the clients are comfortable (offering food and blankets along with any help). Honestly one of best hospitals I’ve been in.!

   We are so lucky to have the NHS. I have had my daughter at the panda unit twice in the last 6 months, separate issues. The staff/nurses we met were lovely, very professional and knowledgeable. The triage nurse we met twice was so calming. The Nurse practitioner Kylie who treated my daughter recently was fantastic with her, and being confident in her role put me at ease! I just felt like I needed to acknowledge the Panda unit at A&E Salford Royal, and the great work they do.

   Been trying to get an appointment with audiology now for two years I am partially deaf in both ears my aids needs servicing and I have not had a hearing test since I was diagnosed five plus years ago When you ring it goes straight to answer machine or just rings out I don't think that they really care
