   We absolutely love this shop. It has grown with my children in terms of what I would buy from there. From newborn knitted sets, to recently trying the brand A Dee as they get older. I always try and support them where I can. When it’s Christmas time or birthdays it’s the frost website I go on for an outfit for the event. They are the first shop that I want to shop at for a new baby in the family. Not only do they have the most gorgeous items but the customer service and vibe in there is great. So friendly and helpful, also reply to messages on instagram quickly which is what I need sometimes! I am always recommending to new mums. Xx

   Placed order on the 15th march , received a text to say it would be shipped , 8 days later no item and a order cancelled text with refund, no reason given. This was for a birthday present , which has now past , and now its been cancelled with no reason given surely you should at least do this ! Disgusting service, will not be using again

   1 star is by far too much to give for a customer service. I had a voucher of £40 which was expired (due to Covid situation and personal reasons wasn’t in position to shop) and for 1 month was trying to speak with the shop owner to see if she would agree to compromise and maybe allow to use at least half of the money as it is a lot to loose, especially that I have spend a lot of money for my daughters clothes in the past. After numerous phone calls, the owner was never available to talk and I was informed by staff members that she was trying to contact me, which never was the case. As premium clothing shop, I truly believe that flexibility and respect to the customer would help the small business as such much more, than just being ignorant and inflexible. Extremely disappointing!
