Went in for parts, small guy behind the counter really rude. Said they didn't have the part without even checking. Told them to get lost.
Great service from these guys - went to Halfords to buy some new reg plates, they had run out of the actual plates to print on and recommended I came here instead (didn't know they where there!). Top class service, in and out with fresh plates within 5 minutes, will be looking here instead of Halfords next time - thanks guys.
Went to get some parts for the first time same branded quality parts as the big auto retailers at a much cheaper price. Parts ended up not fitting (no fault of their own), I dealt with Immy who I believe to be the owner, went above and beyond to sort it out, you’ve got yourself a returning customer. They have direct links with dealerships so can get you dealer parts at a cheaper price. 6 star service.

This place is really great, the staff are incredibly friendly and they always go the extra mile to ensure the customer experience is 100%. I have brought my car here a number of times, more recently after a minor collision which resulted in a cracked number plate. They were able to replace the number plate and also provide an oil change at short notice and at an excellent price. Although I now live in London, I still prefer to bring my car here! The integrity and work ethic of the staff is unrivalled. Thank you! :)

I can't fault this business. I've visited a number of times for battery, bulbs etc and they're always very helpful and good value. They even fit the item for you, at no extra charge. Excellent customer service, served in a friendly manner. Would recommend.
